Called in the evening to make a booking. Was promised a call back shortly but it did not happen. Called again at 9:30pm but was told the office was closed (on the website it says the line is open until 10pm). Had to call the next morning. The member of staff was knowledgeable and helpful with the booking, but it took quite a while.
Don't quite understand why online booking is not available on Cruise118 when it's available from most of their competitors. Hate to make calls nowadays when booking can be done easily online at any time.
