We got off to a rocky start but this was the cruise company's fault not 118, in the end it looks like the cruise118 staff have managed to get it sorted but for a while it was looking like the cruise might not happen. Now looking forward to hearing about how we might upgrade 1 or 2 of our cabins, and the cruise itself of course!!.
