Simon Woodall our sales consultant was excellent he went way beyond excellent he spend most of the day trying and succeed to find me the cruise I had asked him to get for me. I gave him serial problems I needed forfilling and he managed all of them.

One complaint to the company hate it when you have the extension number on the phone you need and when it’s engaged you get passed to another person I would rather wait then speak to another person who doesn’t know what I want
