My wife and I - along with other members of our family, and also friends whom I have introduced, have dealt with Paula Malloy, Cruise Concierge, for many years. She is an absolute star - she has NEVER let us down in getting the cruise and accommodation we have requested. We cruise around 4 times a year and every time all the arrangements have gone like clockwork. Paula ALWAYS calls back if she is not immediately available and never expresses a rush in our conversations - she is polite, courteous and " knows her stuff ". I only wish that there were words more than, very good, excellent, first class - I would use to them describe Paula. I only hope that my true opinion does not embarrass her too much !!! She's a diamond.
