I spoke to Jess about an apparent disparity I had between Oceania's invoice and their 'My Account' record of my booking. She very quickly understood the issue, confirmed that my understanding was correct and then resolved it with Oceania. She then followed up quickly with an email to confirm. Very efficient and helpful.
