I have been dealing with Jess and there has been a change to our itenary meaning we lose a day on our forthcoming cruise. As soon as I contacted Cruise118, Jess immediately contacted the cruise line and was able to confirm this change. She got to work on finding out the new price making sure we still wanted this cruise and didn't want to change as was our right. Jess did everything quickly and with much politeness. Responded to emails quickly and I am really thankful for her excellent service.
