Booking process was really easy thanks to talking to Rachel Hallieell,but I was rather daunted by the necessary to download the app, and the prospect of dealing with all the pre cruise steps online.
Many of us older customers are not as comfortable with coping with online requirements as younger ones.
I now understand that there will be help with booking in and boarding the ship, but the initial impression is that dealing with everything online is compulsory!
We are also unclear about the Covid testing needed to board the ship.
