What I booked was not reflected on the booking confirmation. I telephoned and after 1 hr wait to be answered spoke to an agent and he said that he would email me to correct the omissions in my booking. That was three days ago and still waiting for an email. Tried to email them at their concierge and got an immediate reply saying this email address was unmanned. So what email address can you use? Very poor show.
