I called the number that I had read on the email but a very pleasant lady advised me I had rung the wrong department but would transfer me to the correct one which she did and a very helpful young lady (Katja Porter) took my details and proceeded with the booking, my only disappointment was that I had seen you offering £100 if I used my Future Cruise Credit and I did but was only given £25 discount
