How is the rating for this company so high. Their collectiosn team are nothing short of shark loan collectors. Rude and aggressive. Don't go with them. Leeanne even thought she had more of a say than my IP and the manager she directed me too. Very rude, aggressive and abusive.
Seriously avoid them. IVA should be about helping people who struggled not abusing them like debt collectors.
