Promised to be here the day before our daughter's birthday -- didn't show up until late in the day on her birthday. When I ordered I received an estimated arrival date that looked good. Once shipped, I received another estimated arrival date that was far too late. I called to see what was going on -- on hold forever, then a representative told me it would still arrive before my daughter's birthday. It didn't. Sorry but the whole point of ordering from you was your first estimated arrival time. Going to need more signs in August and will be going elsewhere.
