First, I have a lot of cc products, and I love most of them. I agree with others who say the company is very late to the crafting/sewing party, especially the latter, but the prices are fair and for people who don't know modern quilt/sewing tools have been around for decades, cc is a fine place to start. Personally, I hate their fabric...I lived through the 50s and have no desire to revisit it. Their crafting dies are great, and I'm eager about their line of multimedia/fabric dies. The leading fabric cutting system here in the U.S. is incredibly bulky and expensive, so cc can be a lifesaver for me, as I already own the Gemini electronic cutter. CCs shape dies are reasonably priced, and I'm eagerly looking forward to usibg them. So what's stopping me? My Original Gemini can barely cut paper. I also have the tiny GO, and that's beautiful, but it only cuts to 3" wide. Which brings me to: Customer service/communication: no stars Price: 3 stars Delivery: 3 stars Returns and refunds: 3 stars (returning stuff from the U.S. Is expensive, of course. CC didn't communicate, but they refunded my money for the stuff I wanted to return, and they never asked for the items to be returned. Weird...)
