Absolutely love my surprise box every month, no one else in the house likes gin so it mine....all mine!!
If I have had an issue the customer service team are efficient friendly and professional, I've always felt they were interested in me as a person and making things right.
Treat yourself, you can cancel anytime, go monthly, quarterly etc. If you've thought about it, do it.
