They don't remind you that the payment is coming up, so just let you know once they've taken it.
I emailed as soon as they processed my October payment and was advised they would be able to refund me if I refused the box from Royal Mail. I did this on 6th October and they still haven't refunded me.
Worse still they are refusing to answer emails.
