It was painful - I thought I could call and arrange ,pay for a collection but that wasn’t the case.
The agent kept taking the post code down wrong - / wouldn’t accept the post code I was giving 🤷🏻♀️. And then did - it was the best part of my morning to get a parcel collected and delivered. Very frustrating indeed!!!!
