I joined Courier Expert in December 2013. I enjoy the freedom to work at my discretion, not just 9 - 5. After several months, l was elevated to Trusted Driver status, in which the jobs I applied for stood a better chance of being accepted. The schedulers are professional, friendly and return with answers to problems promptly. All paperwork has been properly dealt with and payment delivered in the agreed 30 days. On the negative side: the amount of incoming work available in my area is extremely poor. I often accept work farther away, often to my detriment. Long distant drives are few...and the return journey to beat dead mileage non - existant. In summarising: I enjoy the work...there just is not enough of it.
