Unforunately there was a nail in a tyre and we had to change it to the spare within an hour of rental. I did say I was unfamiliar with this type of van but wasn’t shown the gearstick needed to be pulled up to reverse or where the fuel cap was hidden. These both left me in a pickle and needing to call on members of the public for assistance. Otherwise a good friendly rental company but please be mindful of covering the basics with cutomera who re new to transit vans.
