The site is pretty simple to use but I do hope that anyone buying gift vouchers realises that if your break cost less than the value of your voucher - then the company won’t allocate unspent funds for extras - like a meal or bottle of wine to use the full value- they simply keep the residual value unless you can book another holiday break within the 12 month period- this is really bad in my view and the company is simply claiming the underspent value- really disappointing and I won’t be using them again and would suggest you very carefully consider the terms and conditions before buying any gift vouchers!!
