Booked online for 2 nights at the Daffodil Hotel in the Lake District. easy enough. went through with no problems including payment. Complications arose when I decided to add another day! I phoned the hotel directly and was told I had to go back online. Wasn't looking forward to this, however, I managed to get a direct phone number, and the very capable Sophie liaised with the Hotel to move rooms about to accommodate us. First time using Country Hotel Breaks. This won't be the last. Thank you, Sophie. Sorry for being a nuisance.
