Generally OK but.....
1. its impossible to shave under the nose
2. the blades get clogged
3. if you bang the blade head on the sink to help unclog it the plastic arm breaks quite quickly -- not the first few time/days but soonish after
4. the plastic arm always breaks in the same place so its either a general design fault or designed to break after a certain amount of time
If these things can be resolved it could be a good product - still a bit pricey
