I was very happy with the communication i received from your sales via email and they were a great help in me buying a unit suited for my needs.
But.... I damaged one of the pipes and had to source a replacement from you at £67. Then i note n my original invoice the one supplied (longer than the replacement) was on £24. I feel i was some what ripped off for the replacement. I did email a comment regarding this issue and of course there was no response.
