I have been helping out with the financial side of one of our sister homes and particularly getting their system ready for invoicing. Ben helped me clear previous invoicing going back to September 2023 to launch their system for an invoice run on 20/03/2023. The advice and support that was given to get the care home ready for this position is down to Ben's knowledge and patience in dealing with the systematic approach. This knowledge and application could only have been available through the support team, as the user manuals available do not provide the user with the level of detail needed.
