Conveyancing Calculator is fine as a company if it stipulates on their website that it is for residential conveyancing. I was able to put my details in but I was selling a commercial property and I needed quotes for that. The quotes I received were for a residential leasehold property and it was frustrating because when I wanted to instruct them to go ahead there was the glitch. These law firms would then say they don't do commercial conveyancing which would have been nice to know from the beginning.
