The top quote was from Sterling, who when phoned, said that they didn’t have all the details, even though they did. They then tried to inflate the quote by more than 30%.
They were aggressive and pushy and talked over anything I said. They then repeatedly phoned me for days and are still doing so. The firm is dangerous and they are damaging your reputation. You really need to drop them, before they bring you down with them.
