Post office insurance are the worse company they have taken £450.00 of my money for insurance for my van and then send emails telling you of incorrect details and urgent ammendment required. They made deliberate errors on the policy and told me I had to pay more to retain the policy but I had to cancel as it had already gone way over what was quoted on your website. I feel like I have been scammed and now am £450.00 out of pocket I now have no money for insurance and shopping for this month will be limited as I am retired and on a low pension.
