I had no problem with Confused I did have a major problem with a phantom claim from 2021 bumping my policy up to £500 & having to sit in a queue for an hour to get through to Hastings & when I did I ended up in Africa somewhere & the fella on the phone couldn't have been anymore unhelpful if he tried.
