I have used confused.com many times in the past. I received an email from you approximately 1 month before my house insurance was due. You said you had all my details and would send me another email with quotes assuming nothing had changed. I did not receive that email so was getting my own quotes very last minute. Entering most of the data again is very tedious and I was annoyed. No, your email did not go into my spam folder
