i've previously used Confused.com without complaint, but this time - I purchased the best quote offered but the insurer charged me an additional £30.
I immediately cancelled, but am still waiting for an explanation from Confused.com.
In the meantime, they emailed me to offer feedback on my purchase - which is why I'm writing this.
