I own two cars and always try to get the best insurance quotes. I find using Confused.com is an excellent way of doing this. I also go through Quidco first to get a cash discount paid back into my account. Unfortunately this year The Quidco payment was not paid on either car insurance. I contacted Quidco but they told me that they had no evidence that I had insured either of my cars through them. I contacted Confused.com customer services by email and they gave me a link to Quidco and told me to manually apply for the payments. I tried this but it did not work, I contacted Confused again by email but to this day I have had no response. I have therefore missed out on cashback to the tune of £50.00. I was not very happy with this and this is the reason I did not give you a 100% feedback.
