The immersion heater in our Heatrae Sadia Unvented Indirect Hot water cylinder was not working. Marcin Mroz from con-fused was so very helpful, professional, polite and efficient. He not only resolved the issue but also sorted out another issue we had related to underfloor heating. I will definitely use him again if I need an electrician.
