“The immersion heater in our Heatrae Sadia Unvented Indirect Hot water cylinder was not working. Marcin Mroz from con-fused was so very helpful, professional, polite and efficient. He not only resolved the issue but also sorted out another issue we had related to underfloor heating. I will definitely use him again if I need an electrician.”

“Con-fused have worked on my property three times now. They are always efficient and explain thoroughly what the problem is and how they are going to fix it. Luke and William from Con-Fused were here a couple of weeks ago and did a great job re-wiring for a new electric hob and oven. I always feel that it's a company I can trust. I would recommend the company any time.”

“Con-fused electrical-fire-security Attend my property a couple of times on an emergency attendance as I was having electrical issues, following this they carried out a electrical installation condition report EICR. The property was 80years old and unfortunately the wiring required upgrading, they quoted for the Rewire of my house, I got other quotes in and they was not the cheapest nor the cheapest most expensive but I choose them because the service previous received and also they spent a lot of time explaining the plan of works and what’s involved. The property was 3bedroom house and occupied by my mum 93 years old. The works was completed in 7days, they done the works as explained and In a way that this did not disrupt my mum, they move the furniture and make good all the chases and left tidy room by room, they protected all areas. On completion of the works they handed over to us and provided all certificates in folder. The engineers where outstanding and com-fused electric-fire-security is an amazing company. The office staff where always helpful and the quote was so detailed. Well done and thank you”

“Rang at 9.20am for an emergency, electrician was with me in 2 hours to check faults. Wayne was friendly, polite and explained everything thoroughly. Will definitely use again”
