I ordered an item from ComWales on the 12th Dec, and on their website it said 3-5 days delivery, great I thought as it meant a Xmas present would arrive in time. The item did not arrive before Xmas and I got no emails to say that there was a delay. I tried many times to speak to someone on the phone to enquire what was the delay, but no one answers the phone and goes straight to an answer message asking you to log a ticket online, which I did 2/3 times as I didn’t hear anything back. After the new year came and went and still no item delivered, I messaged ComWales on Facebook Messenger and to my surprise they responded and advised that the item is still in customs waiting for clearance and they claimed that they had been messaging me with updates, which I did not get and they asked me to check my junk folder which I did and there was nothing there either. Fast forward to nearly the end of Jan and the item finallly arrived only you can tell that the item is not meant for the UK market as the plug has this massive adaptor on it which makes the item stick out when plugged in. I wish I had read the reviews on ComWales before deciding to use their website, as I would not have used it and I definitely won’t be using them again.
