Slow delivery well after the date initially advised and no proactive updates/communication from COMWALES. The item was miraculously reported as "now despatched" the day after I raised a query (via online email as nobody answered the phone when I rang on several occasions). 2 star rating selected as the item was eventually received in time for my grandson at Christmas but I'd never buy from COMWALES again. My order was placed 25 Nov and estimated delivery stated as 2 - 9 Dec. Parcel marked as despatched on 14 Dec (after I raised chaser query on 12 or 13 Dec) and delivery actually occurred 20 Dec via Evri. So 5 days short of a month from date of order and well after initial estimated delivery date.
