I renewed my household policy on the phone after several attempts to reach the sales people but although my phone number was taken; no one called me back after 2 days. I called again and spent 30 minutes on the phone just to renew my existing policy to exactly the same one for 2018. I am still waiting for the paperwork to be sent (or email) .
