“I asked for a policy change on March the 8th they couldn’t assist me and making there decision took 3 weeks, then they cancelled my policy and I stil haven’t received my no claims bonus STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY”

“Guys!! This company is unbelievable!!! They increased my insurance with £750 after one month. I cancelled of course and they charged me a lot! I spoke with 2 different agents and they gave me 2 different explanations and different amounts to pay. Cancelled the insurance now and next day they charged me one monthly payment. I am waiting to be contacted by manager, hopefully, because I recorded all previous calls with them and my lawyer will take them in the court! Stay away from them!”

“I stumbled on the Complete Cover Group after a compare site linked me to the group. Since then, each year, a really helpful, friendly lady, Tammy Adams, has sorted my home insurance. There have been times when premiums quoted seem totally unacceptable but Tammy always finds a way to fix that, hence us now being loyal customers”

“Can't thank the Advisor enough for his professionalism and courteous way in which he took my details for Insurance that met my needs. Leslie is a credit to your company and made the process so easy.
