i ordered an item that was in stock but after 3 days I hadn't had it delivered so rang to find out that it wasn't in stock and wasn't going to be in stock for another 10 days so I cancelled the order & asked for credit card refund. After another 12 days, I had an email saying it was on its way so I tried to ring but couldn't get through, my card hadn't been refunded so I emailed again which has been answered after 10 days saying I should pick up the item from the collect shop (wheres that then?) and I hadn't cancelled the order quickly enough. I cancelled the order 10 days before it was posted out to me - don't use this company you are wasting your money
