I was pleased with the website initially. However, I used a £30 Amazon gift marathon card deal with my purchase and it didn't go through. Though that would be a problem easily fixable by CompareNI.com, they ignored my emails three times and I have found it impossible to contact them via their contact page. In my book, any business unable to interact with its market is a failure. I will be using CompareTheMarket from now on.
