Worst customer service. Do not use.
The driver was 2 hours late and we almost missed the closing time of the storage facility we were dropping things off to. I brought everything down outside my apartment so he didn’t have to do any of that. He charged me extra to ride in the van with him. He charged me extra for two stops which I had already paid for through the website: the customer service Denys this but I know as it was 50 extra for the extra stop. The guy moving was a nice guy but the company is run so bad, wish I had read these reviews before booking
