I booked with a driver I had experience with through the website and had been awesome. Two hours later at 11pm at night I received an email to say the driver had been changed to another with a lower rating and star level. I was asleep at this time so emailed the next day to say I do not want this driver and would prefer to cancel and get a refund. They refused this and said I had a 1hour cooling off period. I had the option to either cancel and loose >£150 or be forced to use the services of someone I did not agree to, involving them coming into my home when I'm alone, know where I live and what I own. This feels like I've been put in a horrible situation and basically robbed. The driver may be absolutely brilliant, but the fact that I have paid for a service but have had zero say in it is absolutely disgusting. What is the point of giving us an option to choose a driver based on our own experience and ratings if they can just be changed at any point?
