First time I ever bought a Manufacturer re newed product and I will say, it is practically brand new. I bought a HP Omen PC (note that re newed PCs from HP dont come with Keyboard and Mice -but I was happy with that as I don't need that e waste). The PC was packed well, original HP tape. I took it out of the box, everything was as advertised, no issues, no loose parts...all good! If your looking for a great deal on a stupidly good PC, I cant recommend Comp Advance and their HP PCs enough! I have their site bookmarks and they do some really nice All in One Pcs also.
