Commsupport was the first time I'd used a training company other than QA. Absolutely fantastic. Completed my CCNA with these guys and went on to complete my CCNA Security with them. The major benefit of this training company is you get a complete set of kit per student, meaning you get properly hands on with the kit. Futher more the break fix sessions are without a doubt the best way to learn. There's no following step by step instructions, you have to think about what the issue is and what the possible cause could be before attempting to fix it. You also get taught in a real world manor. By this I mean you don't follow 300 page text book whilst the instructor kills you with 500 PowerPoint slides. Instead you get taught based on real world situations in a way that makes it easy to relate to. I shall be looking in the future to complete my CCNP with these guys and would have no problems recommending them.
