The speaker that we booked was an incredibly nice man. He arrived well ahead of time and was extremely professional and courteous with everyone whom he interacted with and he was excellent all-round company.
Unfortunately, his comedy routine did not cut through to the audience, though admittedly they seemed keener to continue their on-table conversations rather than listen to any speaker who we could have presented on stage.
Most of the jokes and punchlines did not ellicit a positive reaction from the audience.
