Coltraco Ultrasonics is a company having excellent customer services. The client relationship manager Marc is handling my replacement under warranty request on my Portascanner Airtight's transducer. The request is being handled timely and processed efficiently. Despite being in Hong Kong ,the replacement unit is received after four days from UK, which is impressive and shows their concern on their customer's request.
