I have been using collect plus for approx 18mths sending 5/6 parcels a week and they were fantastic!! They delivered next day and never lost a parcel or I never had a parcel delivered damaged. Great prices and a service that was 2nd to none!!!
Then things changed and they joined up with Yodel. The very first week with Yodel they damaged an item I sent, they do not keep to the stated delivery times and instead of 2 working days it becomes 5 or 6 days. I dropped on off a the collect plus shop this morning (Monday) and I paid for 2 days delivery but when you look at tracking it shows delivery Saturday 24th!! It cost me twice the price it cost me with collect plus. They obviously cannot count. When you go on live chat you end up talking to someone in another country who does not understand what you are saying. He just kept repeating it will be delivered on Sat. They refuse to give you the email address of the CEO so now I will be writing a letter of complaint to Yodel and Collect Plus.
Oh and when you go on collect plus site and press "send" it now sends you over to Parcels 2 go which is why it now costs so much. I would AVOID and go with UPS UK or DPD which are not too bad. Collect plus made a huge mistake by going with Yodel.
