“Absolute cowboys, DO NOT USE YODEL! I sent a parcel that was collected by the courier - who did not scan on collection and it then went missing. The driver claimed it wasn't picked up, but was shown CCTV of the driver collecting it. I would say 'lucky we paid for the maximum insurance' but even though they have admitted it was lost, they have refused my claim on the basis that there was no proof as to what the package contained. Shocking!”

I paid £5.06 for a parcel to be delivered which they then lost. The contents inside was worth £40.19
They have admitted fault but will not refund me. I have sent numerous emails each and every time i am either ignored or fobbed off. They refuse point blank to refund for the label claiming they are not liable. How can they not be liable to refund me for a label for a parcel they subsequently never sent?
They offered a refund for the contents but then never paid it. First i received an email to say they had paid. But they hadn't. Then i was ignored for ages. Then i received an email to say they needed my bank details to refund my money but also stated in the same email that I could not reply to that email which left me back at square one again. Every time I email I get sent back to the start by someone new asking me to state my problem from the start and as soon as I get anywhere they circulate the process back to the start again. They clearly have no plan to refund me for the loss I have made due to their negligence! I am disgusted. Why treat your customers so badly??
I refunded my customer immediately at my own expense the moment I found out their mistake. Where is their morals. Foul company. I'm now moving to DPD for my business.

“Booked a parcel drop off through their website and ensured that the parcel was within the size and weight limits. Walked half a mile to a drop off point only to be met with unhelpful staff who say its too big and driver won't take it. Why offer a service if you can't honour it? Just useless and I will not be using them again. Better to use Hermes or Royal Mail.”

I have booked a drop off a parcel of 80cm in my nearest store and they have said to me they will no collect it because it is only allowed parcels of 60cm, HOWEVER, NOBODY, and I am saying nobody and no email confirmation, says, we ONLY collect parcels of 60cm. This is a joke! Very poor, also nowhere on their website that information it is said.

“Avoid these guys like the plague, they don’t care about the elderly and Vulnerable, they took my parcel and my cash and stole the contents and the parcel was never to be seen again , this was over 6 months ago and they blatantly laugh at me over emails , I’m currently working with citizens advice and my solicitor because no refund or reason for the theft , horrible people that I believed they caused my mini stroke , imagine a company saying that they have posted out a refund and it doesn’t turn up , they’ve made me fill out 4 claims forms and laughed at me for being old and vulnerable, absolutely broke me all this, I’m so sad it’s made me poorly beyond belief, pls don’t use the company as you can’t contact them via phone phone, scum of the earth!”
“Lost my package back in January and it took them until 29th October to properly respond to me. When they finally did respond they refuse to pay me compensation for the lost package even though they have admitted they lost the package.”

“DO NOT USE this service. Many parcels lost but tracking information showing as parcel is delivered. No provide customer's sign. Even i was paid extra for just customer's sign. They said finally parcel is lost after email many times but reject my claim too. I lost my 5 parcels and no any claim accepted and no any proof of delivery provide and no customer sign provide.”
“If I could give no stars I would. This is a horrific delivery courier who lie about giving refunds or at least delay it until very so needed. I'm still waiting for an answer after they lost a buyer's parcel from ebay. They've caused my seller rep to go down and all together are just unprofessional. Beware of the no reply emails they correspond with to make sure you cant contact them!”
“They have lost parcel 8V33G6838516A063, and when I emailed asking for a claim form they have repeatedly stated the following clearly as delaying tactics. "The claims link was sent on a separate email. I would advise you to check your spam/junk mail as well." which it wasn't. Then when I chased they stated
"I'm sorry to hear that you've yet to receive the claims form so we can progress with your lost parcel claim.
I've raised this back to our claims team to ensure this is sent out with urgency. You can expect this to be received within the next hour"
Then when I didn't receive it again they have now said "So that I am able to assist you accordingly, could you please confirm the email address the link can be sent to? "
I sent the requests from the email address linked to the account used to buy the parcel. In the past it is just a number of headings you put text answers to and attach proof of purchase and there is no separate form. And now they seem unable to send a form when they reply as if it some top secret document. And when I rang to complain about this I was told "sorry there seems to be a problem with the claim forms" then he hung up on me.
Are you seriously having a laugh in your call centers? Worst company I have ever had misfortune to deal with.”
“Collect plus avoid like the plague they lost another of my parcels. Customer service contact terrible. Had to make a claim. However rejected it as no proof of purchase item was from 1965. I mean who has a receipt from back then. Disgusted how they weasel there way out of claim after they lost parcel. Avoid like the plague. I hear they are losing a lot of shops at the moment inc my local co op”
“Found 2 different Collect+ stores have now failed to scan more than 1 parcel so only handed me 1 tracking code. Appears they are not aware they need to put code in manually, should they not be able to scan it. Cannot trust them nowadays, always could years ago. If able to, always take parcel to Post Office instead. Don’t use Collect+ (their Customer Service is atrocious but will be, is part of Yodel). You attempt to contact them, you waste time - too impatient to listen to you however you do it.”
