I love the selection of products and love that it is brand focused so you can try many items from the same brand, which is especially nice if it is one you know nothing about. My only issue is that every other month I have to e-mail to remind you to send the box. I am in the Us. In all fairness you forget one month and then send it out early the next month. The forget and need an e-mail sent the following month. Given the regularity I am guessing it is a computer/programmatic issue rather than actual forgetting. Aside from that I am delighted with the box.
