If I could give 0 stars, I would. I returned a parcel over two weeks ago and they refused to refund me, claiming they hadn’t received the parcel. I used the same postage service I have used for all past returns and have never had an issue, so am certain that they are not being truthful. Additionally, I provided proof of postage and they are still not agreeing that I did actually return the parcel.
