On the 1st July I bought axel arigato trainers from Coggles. When I received them I noticed discolouration on the back of the right side trainers. I informed them of the issue which they then told me to return the trainers in order for a replacement. I returned them I had to wait over 2 weeks to receive my replacement. When I received my replacement I noticed they had actually sent me the exact same pair with the discolouration. I contacted them again to tell them they had sent me the discoloured pair rather than a new pair. They told me to return it back to them so they can replace it with a new pair and they would also give me £10 back as an apology for sending the same pair. I sent the trainers back to them, I contacted them today via live chat to ask them any updates on my replacements and when I will receive them, the lady told me that they were out of stock and that they won’t be able to replace the trainers for me only refund me! I made it clear to the lady I was chatting to via live chat that I am extremely unhappy about this and she couldn’t care less in fact she even ended the live chat with me! So rude! I am yet to receive my refund! This company is so awful and such time wasters! The experience I have had from start to finish has been terrible! I do not recommend this company at all and I advise everyone to not purchase from Coggles.
