Mike in sales was very helpful from start to finish, I had loads of questions about the Vitro S1 Bean to Cup and products etc which he answered expertly. The machine was delivered by a representative of the company who took time to set it up and show us how it worked and how to clean. It does exactly what we asked for, push a button with no more fuss than that. The products are extremely tasty and set at the right cup/mug size, which the company do before delivery if you give them the your requirement. Temperature just right to. Totally recommend this very professional company, its machine and products.
