Not a great experience for me. Mixups over quotes, not a massive issue on its own, but then I received updates on the CLS portal about a different address, making me nervous my own data elsewhere. Solicitors calling to say they’ve been assigned by CLS, when I hadn’t requested them. Then some hard sell on accompanying insurance.
However, I have to say Amy was very good, very helpful and kept in touch from the point she became involved.
